Last wk I was moving so I decided to take an entire wk off from exercise and dieting (considering I'm been doing both for the past 14 months, the longest I've gone not doing either is 4 days) and hopefully that will shock my body back into fat burning mode. I started back on Monday and I'm feeling alright. I'm really hungry today, but I think half of that is mental (because I know I have to cut my calories again.) I'm getting married Memorial wkend so I'm hoping some more fat will melt away from my core. Anyway, I started back training this wk (8-9 cardio sessions and 2-3 weight training sessions) so we'll see what happens!
Brat, he's really motivating me. He puts me back on track when I need it. I'm really glad he's helping me out. I can keep myself on track most of the time, but I can easily get depressed if I don't see results. Doing my daily caloric intake, I think I'm eating too much (around the exact # to stay this weight) so I'm going to decrease it by 100-200 calories slowly this wk and see if I can see a difference.
Thanks SKITSO for pointing that out.
CURSOR, could you fix that please?
SKITSO, what do you mean by flat shoulders?

Ahh I see! I should have taken some side shots but I'm still working on my stomach. Maybe in a few more months! :-)

Hey guys
How's everyone doing? I'm trying to stay on track w/ my diet and exercise. I do have a question. Is there a big difference between deli meat that you get at the counter and the prepacked deli meat?

i wouldn't think there is - there's certain standards that have to be met or it wouldn't make it to market.

Things are going well. I'm trying to stay motivated and focused. I still have a goal of competing. Right now, I'm really trying to stay clean w/ my diet, but there are so many temptations. Even if I cheat, I still to stay w/in my calorie range. My arms are looking pretty cut and now I'm focusing more on my legs to get my quads cut. My stomach is all about dieting, so... all the abs in the world isn't going to help until I get the fat off. Other than that I'm doing alright!
