lowering BF%

This is an odd questions but....I havtn' really been weight training too much the past few months. Being that summer is here I gott jump back in full force. I jjoined the gym again today and I weighed myself @ 122 with a bf of 22. I want to get my BF to just under 20 I don't really care about how much I weigh. I was wondering how much could I possibly lower my BF in a months time? I know it all depends on diet and exercise so....basically I will be eating 1400 clean all natural cals...and exercising about 1 1/2 hours per day. 3 days HIT cardio on the elliptical 3 days total body weight training for 1 hr 30 minutes lifting moderate weights. Sticking to that routine....Could I lower my BF at all in a months time??

Thnx

sounds reasonable - it's the aerobics that burns the fat and you've got that in there, so you should do fine.

In 8-12 weeks you can lower your bodyfat to below 20 if you work at it. So that is more than doable.
