Hi,
I am using the crossbow and I want to build muscle and strength. Can someone give me some ideas for a routine. It can do over 65 exercises but, I'm not sure what ones to do? There are alot of different exercises for each muscle group, should I be doing all of them? I wish it came with a routine booklet, it did come with a good video but the video just shows how to do every exercise and doesn't say to do which ones when.
If anyone has some ideas of a routine, let me know.
