the problem is that much of what women need to know is already covered in "beginner's" and "general". bodybuilding is bodybuilding and what works for men works for women - it just takes a bit longer, is all.

there aren't too many female-specific topics i'd be comfortable discussing on a public - how to wear sanitary pads discreetly with a leotard? what to do about a weak bladder when squatting heavy? best way to park the kids (duct tape them to the smith machine works for me)? best makeup tips for a high-glare environment? (joking, but you get what i mean)

no thanks, lol!

OK you want a serious female question?

How do you get the headlights "not shine" when you lift heavy? I wear 2 shirts and it's still a problem. If it's really cold out they show through my leather jacket.

Oh wait a minute, someone above mentioned duct tape. Would that work?

(I despise the fact that men can read this post too. It creeps me out.)

that's why i wear a bra. no more problem with high beams, lol!

funny - i have no problem with men reading my posts, and i WAS pondering the problem of how to delicately indicate to another female gym member that it would be REALLY FREAKING NICE if she would sit on a towel in her little spandex leotard instead of directly on the seat or at least wipe it off afterward because i don't need to know THAT much about her... her... um, "feminine anatomy" outlined in sweat and i sure as hell don't want to sit on it right after.

that's just nasssty.

Whats the problem with the head light showing?
They are there, if they poke thru 2 shirts why freak out?
I mean its like saying the swell of boobs shows thru the clothes, its there it will show. So long as u'r not deliberately exposing u'rself in itsy bitsy outfits, its fine.

That's really funny! Luckily, I have never come across a camel toe print on any of the equipment, but now that you mention it, I'll keep my eyes open.

Wrong assumption. We are talking armour plated and still a problem!

Maybe those bandaids that runway models wear would help but then my mom's not around to rip them off for me because I'm afraid of the "ouch"!

I guess if a guy got a boner every time he bench pressed it'd be considered cool so you wouldn't really relate to the problem. It's the same reason why I hate shopping in the frozen food section.

The girls at my gyym don't sweat that hard. You'd never notice they use any machines or benches (meow).

One of my friends buys bras with a realtively thick liner in it for the headlight reason. I checked them out at the store and I tried one on and felt like I was wearing body armor ; I couldn't handle it.
