My girlfriend has decided she wants to start working out and has asked me to give her some help. She isn't fat at all(probably 115 - 125lbs) but insist she needs to loose some wieght. She just started, and as of now just runs on machines, and does some ab and leg machines. Her basic goals, from what I understand are to loose some weight, develop some
lean muscle(loose some fat), and stay in shape. Basically develop the "perfect woman phyisique" that they all dream about. Could someone post a detailed workout plan she could follow? She can workout 4-5 times a week so finding time to get in the gym isn't a problem.
