Need some help

My girlfriend has decided she wants to start working out and has asked me to give her some help. She isn't fat at all(probably 115 - 125lbs) but insist she needs to loose some wieght. She just started, and as of now just runs on machines, and does some ab and leg machines. Her basic goals, from what I understand are to loose some weight, develop some lean muscle(loose some fat), and stay in shape. Basically develop the "perfect woman phyisique" that they all dream about. Could someone post a detailed workout plan she could follow? She can workout 4-5 times a week so finding time to get in the gym isn't a problem.

First of all she needs to throw the scale away. Why? Because it is NOT an indicator of how much bodyfat or how healthy one is. She needs to shift her focus to reducing bodyfat by means of strength or resistance training. Increasing her lean body mass will increase her metabolism and start to shape that body nicley. SHE WILL NOT GET BULKY (myth).

Go to the Workout and Journals section and read Laura's Journal. She keeps a pretty good log of her routines that will help her get started on the right track.
