I work out and burn a total of 620 calories. I consume around 2150 a day. How am I not losing weight? I weight 148 pds, and gained 13 pds. since last Aug. It may be muscle mass, but I haven't had a body fat analysis done in awhile. Last time I had it done was a year and a half ago and I was 14% body fat. Any ideas on why I'm not losing any weight? Do I have to up my cardio or lower my intake any more?

I'm 5"5'. I mainly do a 30/30/40. My protein was 31% yesterday. My carbs were 44% and my fat intake was 26%. In grams it was Protein = 155. Carbs =242 g. Fat = 58 g. I do alot of weight lifting, mainly bc next year I am training for a D-1 College Crew team. I need the total body strength, but I also need to drop weight to be in the appropriate weight class for me, which means I NEED to be around 135 lbs.
Maybe you are not eating enough. It is a very delicate balance between too little and not enough. Have you tried cycling your calories? Eat 20% higher carbs one day, the same as now one day, 20% less the next. This sometimes jump starts things into moving one direction or the other.
