I am assuming you are female based on size. If so, here are a couple of examples that may help you
fatgene plan
kgirl7 plan

If you don't know the exercises they can be look-up here. Start by including weight training days and cardio days with one day rest per week. Example: M-Weights; T-Cardio; W-Weights; TH-Cardio; F-Weights; SA-Cardio; SU-OFF/Rest.

3-Day Split
Warm-Up Lifts
Intensity & Progression

Here is some diet info.
2000-calorie meal plan
Protein, Carbohydrates & Fats
Slimming Down

Other interesting info.
Workout Timing and Diet Tactics
Workout day vs nonWorkout day
Creating a plan: workout & nutrition

Getting your body to find a better balance of lean-mass to body-fat is a matter of 1) nutritional control and 2) physical exertion.
  • What do you eat during the day?
  • Do you do anything besides aerobics for exercise?
  • At what time of the day do you perform your aerobics?

You've been given some good resources so far. Just what do you describe as really fit? "Doing dumbbells" isn't really doing anything productive without understanding what and why you are doing the exercises. If you mean you want to start bodybuilding in the true sense, the best place to get started is in the gym. You'l need access to a range of free weights and machines (cables + pullies). For sure read the links posted and ask questions here, but I would strongly advise you to take some paid training to fast track your understanding of how to lift weights properly. The eating you can learn fast enough on line if you are motivated.

Be prepared though. To make fitness gains the bodybuilding way you have to be committed to the lifestyle and it is not ordinary. On the otherhand the rewards can be fantastic.

Good luck and welcome!
