does anyone know any good transversus abdominus excercises? ( lower abs, below
belly button, the muscles that lie beneath) That really work that area out good. I would love a couple links if you have them.
Does crunches & side crunches for the obliques work this area. That has been what I have been doing. But I dont think its touching that area.
I do know of the stomach Vacuum. I have hear it is very affective. ia m going to try it. has anyone done this excercise? How did you like it?
