Reducing breast size if already thin?

Are there any ways to reduce breast size if you're already thin? I know spot-reducing doesn't work, so do things like push-ups, lifting weights, etc. not work?

I'm fairly thin but a size B/C so it really sticks out... I'm a runner as well and run around 60 miles a week, and it would be much better if I was a size A/B instead. I get pretty self-conscious when I'm running as well.

Is there anything that might be able to do this, besides surgery option? Or something that could minimize the breasts to look like they are a size A/B? Thanks!

Invest in a good sports bra.

Sorry, that's all I got.

It sounds to me like that is just your natural size. I'm not sure there is much you can do about it besides surgery. But like Andy says, have you made sure that your sports bra fits properly and is the right type for your size?

sports bra

I would have to agree with the others on investing in a good sports bra. I got a really good one at Sports Authority. The support is really good when doing any heavy cardio.

I would have to agree that you are probably at a natural size for your individual body. Spot reduction will not work and since breast tissue is in fact fat, the best option would be to continue to strength train and perform interval conditioning/cardio to increase your metabolism and decrease any extra body fat.
