Running and breast implants

Ok, my coworker ( I have mentioned her before) she has big implants. Well I think they are big for her frame. She said says she is trying SO hard to lose weight. She is eating right, taking supplements, and working out. But she is not losing. So I asked her what she does, she says she walks fast on the treadmill, I said why dont you run. She says she cant, it hurts to bad!

(I am about to pull my hair out right now! How am I suppose to help someone if they are not disclosing details! )

So does anyone know anyone who has implants and what kind of physical activities they do.

HAHA!! Wear a more supportive bra!

She can do aerobics on a stationary bike or a stair climber. No excess movements by the chest is required

I agree with Lady C. Although at certain times of the month, no matter how good of a sports bra I have, it still hurts. I'm not big either.

Tell her to speed up her walking, get on an eliptical machine or what Lady C suggested.

Definitely wear two sport's bra's.,the double compression really works to keep "things" in. I know from experience I wear two, and have no problems running or anything..

I agree with arbit, walking up a steep incline on the treadmill works really well, and it's good for the HIIT training.

Change her cardio from running to a bike, elliptical trainer, or rowing machine. She will have close to the same effect without the discomfort.
