Saddlebags

Hey Guys! My biggest problem area are my outer thighs, I have what looks like saddlebags, I'm really not heavy just pretty much average, but it seems to through my body out of proportion it looks like. I heard that spot training is a myth. Anyone have or have had this problem, any solutions? I always fluctuate with about 10 lbs in body weight, but even when I lose 10 lbs, they are still there!!

your scale weight will not help out in this matter, as you may be 10lbs lighter but you still have fat deposits in that area. everybody 'carries' weight differently, the only way to change that is to implement a good diet and exersize (weight lifting & cardio). Look through some of the other's journal's to get an idea.

By adding muscle mass to the shoulder and chest area you will look more proportionate and leaner. I actually like my bigger shoulders better because it accentuates the waistline. Keep working out hard and it will pay off!

Well, the thing is, is that, it's making me look like I have thunderthighs, is there any exercise that works best for it, I've just started working out so I'm doing lunges, and machines for that area, to at least make it tighter

Just keep working it. It takes patience and time. Sometimes lots of time depending on how much one puts into it. I have been working for a few years and I'm really liking my results. I wasn't going into this for "Fast & Quick" results but for better long term health.

Nothing beats a great leg workout with squats, straight-leg deadlifts, deadlifts, calf rasies and plenty of H20 and rest.
