Safe?

Would it be safe to go on a new routine for about 3-4 weeks straight, without a day off. I could do light cardio on my "day off" but I would train intensly and be on a strict diet. Kinda like a jump start for myself?? Just wondering?

Seems like you should have at least a little rest....what would you do for light cardio? Maybe just walk around town or something, something really mellow?

Hmmm.... Why do you want to train so hard? Are you getting ready for a contest or a "big day". I think that if you have a contest or something like that then training with such intensity my be justified. Otherwise it seems like it would be detrimental to your long term health/gains.

Both mentally and physically .

What he means is that he trains 3 days a week and admires himself the other 4 haha. :

Working without a day off for 3-4 weeks is not going to work for you unless the volume for each day is very light.

Right now training wise im focusing on a 9 week wave cycle... besides that i have gone to the O.C., marina and vegas a few weeks back, done 1 semester of summer school P.E.(i didn't fail it just taking it so i don't have to later).

Now i am just focusing on lifting, guitar here and there and when im not doing that im eating, or at the movie theaters.

In my off time i like to play Neverwinter Nights and take long walks on the beach.

I also stopped cutting after dieting down around 20 pounds in 8 weeks... i have pictures on my camera phone but the damn thing won't upload. Right now im just eating like crazy again trying to get strength gains.

And you?

P.S. I also got a little action... hoping i will be getting more soon .

I could say big, but then i'd be lying about the fella...

Speaking of which, what are you going to do? Still want to do the 4 weeks nonstop? Have you thought about periodizing your training? You can do something like a 1 week ramp, 3 weeks loading, and 1-2 weeks backoff cycle where during those 3 weeks you can really jack up the volume.

Lol o jesus. You guys give workout partners a new homosexual stereotypical kick that hasn't been seen in a while.

Only kidding of course.... well not really, but you know.
