Within the past 6 weeks I"ve probably gained 10 pounds! I'm blowing up like a dang balloon. My gut has doubled overnight. WTF is going on? I HATE HATE HATE dieting or anything remotely close to it. I keep saying that I'm going to go on a
healthy eating plan, but I keep failing to do so. I think it's all of the dang luncheons and cocktail thingies that I go to.
I've been exchanging email with Zoe, which has helped my eating. But something weird has happened to my metabolism and i think that I'm going to actually have to diet or something. What's a good diet for someone who HATES to think about what she eats?
BTW - I'm lifting four days per week.
