Sports Bras
Ok, I JUST started wearing one to the gym under my workout clothes. Normally, I would just wear my normal, underwire push-up bra ( I need all the help I can get!) and I can tell the difference . . I feel more free , free to move around! Does it really matter what I wear underneath as long as I am supported??

I tend to wear both my regular under-wire and my sports bra on top of it for extra support. I don't know if I would want to feel more free....I need to get those suckers under control so I don't hurt someone!

I'm so used to wearing an underwire that I feel uncomfortable without it.

Well now that I changed to wearing a sports bra, I don't know what took me so long to STOP wearing my underwire to the gym. I still feel weird just wearing a sports bra but I will get use to it!

I can't ever wear a regular bra at the gym, the hooks dig into my back when I am doing bench presses. I think you'll find yourself a lot more comfortable for sure now.

Never wore a sports bra! Maybe I should buy one to check it out after reading all these "reviews" hahaha.

Amy you HAVE to get one! omg! I prefer them over any other bra. I dont know if its because I always wore them in HS because of sports and stuff, but I honest, I dont know HOW anyone could stand an underwire at the gym!
and with my sports bra too it keeps everything firm (not that there is a lot to bounce around anyways) haha

I usuarlly only wear a sport bra, but I just had a baby and still breastfeeding so now I feel I need extra protection. I was thinking about a maternity bra with underwire, hehe

Since I workout at home, I don't wear a bra to workout. I wear a mens tank undershirt with a loose t-shirt over it. I even do my aerobics (bike) that way. I will wear the sports bra if I go for a run on the beach though. Loose and Free is best!

I have to have a sports bra. I'd wear one all the time if I could! There's no way I can run without a sports bra! Even those tops that you buy with the built in bra are no good. Has to be a sports bra :

Ya, I guess I need to give it a try....still haven't had time to get one.....hey, what's the point whenever I'm still losing boob size anyway (got another 15-20 to shed) and I'll just have to keep buying new ones.......
Eventually......
