swollen after cardio

Have I lost my mind or maybe Im just clueless, but my question is..... do your legs get swollen after doing 40 min of cardio in the morning. Im just wondering because I put my jeans on this morning and they were tight around my legs after a cardio session.

Were your legs tired and wobbly after the workout? If so, your muscles were pumped with blood and fluids. This will subside. Oh. . and that is normal.

They are not always wobbly unless I am doing cardio on a treadmill, They just always feel swollen if I use resistance on an elliptical or any other machine that has resistance. So its not my imagination thinking I am getting bigger overnight- ha ha

It's perfectly normal. Sometimes I can't even get my jeans on after leg day

Thats exactly what happened, I was getting ready at the gym this morning and my jeans would barely go over my legs. I was just trying to get an answer before I took off of work and did 8 hours of cardio just to try to get my legs smaller- ha ha

That happens to me the first 3 weeks I start training (since I'm kind of on/off). I think its because for me I push myself those first 3 weeks and then my body gets used to it and then I don't really change my routine so it goes down?
