Thank you ladies

Awhile back I asked you to help me out with some research on female motivation in the gym. I finally got the article done and would like to share it with you all and ask kindly for your feedback.

Nice article!

You might end up scaring off new personal trainers for women! We sound like such a complex bunch!

Good homework MM - I never really thought of the emotional aspect of it before but it makes sense.

Good article, rarely seen side of resistance training.
I get surprised sometimes by how strong women are - a couple of times women - not into fitness, 45+ women have helped me move stuff - desks, mattress etc. across stairs(me and a female carrying together). Those are heavy objects that I struggle with on my side, the women seem as strong as me, or almost as strong as me. And I'm like, dam, if u folks are that strong, u certainly should be lifting heavier in the gym.
Funny thing is women tend not to carry heavy stuff alone, but if its under the pretence of helping a guy partner, they can carry a crapload of weight.
Unfortunately they tend not to use those muscle - when they're young its fine, but at 55+ muscles really atrophy and then there are a host of problems.
