Can someone give me some insight into thermogenics, I'm currently using rev xp and previously used stacker 2 and cuts from GNC. It states on the bottle that I should be taking it in the morning and in the afternoon right after I eat, doesn't it make more sense to take it before working out? :confused:

By the way I fell off the bandwagon a couple of years ago thanks to a no good lousy jerk who claimed to be a personal trainer! Anyway I'm back on and thanks again for sharing your progress, you'll get there
