I haven't really posted here much.....but I pretty much did a "spiritual fast" for 30 days....and I lost 40 lbs....I'm not really that flabby considering what I did to myself, but I do have stomach sides. But now that I lost all this weight I found myself really liking it....my next step is to now tighten up and build
lean muscle....through the fast I did briskly walk and I was always pretty good about cardio.
My question is how long will it take for me to see a difference tightness wise and toning?
