TOM induced by food?

Ok we know how some of us females start craving carbs and sugar and fat and junk food when TOM draws near. But can the opposite sort of thing happen? Can high carbs, sugar, and fat induce TOM or bring it forward? Over the past four years I've noticed that when I'm dieting and working out hard, and then I go on a dirtier than usual carb load, I can get my period 1-2 weeks earlier than "scheduled". Has anyone else experienced this? Ugh I hate my hormones.

Never had that happen to me. Are you sure there is not another cause and it not be the food?

Ditto. I'm with the Lady on this one. Never had it happen to me either. I'd check with my Gyn, if it continues. There's no logical reason for that to occur.
