Toning my hips?

The parts of me that need the most work is pretty much the outter parts of me...my hips and sides of stomach. What are the best exercises for your hips?

you can't spot-reduce, you know.

the only way to kill bodyfat is to eat less, do more cardio, and build more metabolically active tissue through resistance training.

I've found since doing full squats all the way to the floor and up my hips and legs look much better! ( to me anyways lol) I don't use weight, personally, and do high reps. Plus I have stretch marks/cellulite from a growth spurt when I was younger - at least I think that's what it's from - when I'm doing squats and running regularly they're hardly noticeable!

I have to agree there! I may carry around the same 20-22% bodyfat whether regularly exercising or not but normal bodyfat levels sure look better when it has a firm muscular base and gets lots of blood circulation. Less dimples.
