Training - For - Life


Has anyone tried this before? I was in the gym yesterday and a woman I spoke too said that she has been doing it for a while now and it improved her strength. She said that it has also improved her physique.

that's how me and my wife got started lifting... good introduction to weights and a decent diet too.

WOWOWOWOW that looks amazing.. the progress pictures are amazing total transformations. things like this motivate me so much. To know that in 12 weeks that could happen to me. wow. I will be thinking of them when I struggly through my dreaded cardio!
