ahahahaha, oh we know what he ment, but for your own saftey when it says women only, lets try to keep it that way because when commenting on a very sensitive issue such ass the loss of cup sizes isn't really a place when a man to give his opion, good or bad, we'll tear your head off =D
Anywho! yea I got the same problem it sucks ass, but I think im just gonna get implants later anyways, I try to do light ont he chest exsizes not to make them smaller then they have already gotten. Therefore I hate it when people ask me how much I bench because I try to stay away from them. oh well. lol

I dont think benching will reduce boobs, if anything, it shood increase chest size. Fat loss will reduce boobs, not specific exercises.

You can't spot reduce, therefore, by just working other areas of the body the fatty tissue of the breast will reduce anyway. I would bench as heavy as I could. Especially, if you think you will artificially modify them later.

Hmm...I'm pretty sure that some people won't lose fat from their breasts, even after losing weight in general.

Yes I know its impossible to spot reduce but its more so a psychological thing but ill up the chest workouts anyways. And I don't think its physically possible to lose weight and not lose fat in there breasts.

I can tell you that I do not think I lost breast sixe but I am having to buy all new bras since working hard on my chest. I guess my pec muscles are pushing them up or something but all of my bras fit funny now.

When I lost some weight years back I *did* notice a slight change in my breast size...I went from being a full C to a small C. But on the other hand, when my best friend lost a large amount of weight her breasts stayed a DD. LOL, she felt so awkward being slim with huge boobs that she gained the weight back.

I really have noticed the shrinking also . Especially after having and breastfeeding two children. And now that I am working out and loosing BF, I really have been thinking more about getting implants.

Now this is totally weird - my boobs are GROWING not shrinking. I've measure myself and while my overall measurments are getting smaller, my cup size is getting bigger. I think this working out and healthy eating must be causing some weird hormonal thing.

losing your chest... try those breast enhancement vitamins. I have been taking some and I have increased at least a 1/2(poss. a full) a cup size in a little over 30 days. The vitamins have given me a little meat back. (if you know what I mean)

I am taking Natural Curves from GNC. Most of them work; you can buy online. No need to buy expensive ones either. They are working well. I am an a-cup, I need all the help I can get!! :
