I am taking Natural Curves from GNC.
Are those some kind of natural estrogen enhancer? Like wild yam and soy? Do they make you get chubby anywhere other than your boobs?

They are not making me chubby else where. They are only to stimulate breast growth. all the ingredients are listed on the bottles. Most of the web sites selling these vitamins list what's in them on the site. You must take them as instructed, and faithfully.

OK, I'm not a woman, but after the fat loss, I'm really happy to not need a bra anymore. By the way, nice ladies, most men do not care how big your breasts are as long as they are attached to a woman, it don't matter.

Do you have to use free weights to get the "lift and perk" you ladies are talking about? I like the butterfly (Nautilius) machine. I just starting to exercise and since I have alot of weight to lose and my breast are huge, I am worried about having shagging breast. So, worried until I have actually been considering getting a breast reduction and lift (along with a tummy tuck) after I finish losing the weight.

Can I actually get the same results from lifting weights and building chest muscles? Now with my stomach, I have had two surgeries (including a c-section) and it appears no matter how samll I get I always have a little pouch. Is there a weight lifting machine that can help me get rid of that?

I have heard that people that lose lots of weight quickly do get loose, saggy skin initially. However, I've also heard that over time that skin will tighten up without need for surgery.

I'm now a B cup. I used to be a full C, busting out C acutally

In all seriousness, I'd much rather be smaller and have sexy muscles than be obese and have big boobs or "soft" and have big boobs. It's a trade off that I'm very happy to make. Some women are not - too each her own.

I recently read a training plan by an IFBB pro female body builder. She said she NEVER does flat bench but incline because of the very topic being discussed. Now, coming from her - I take that advice. I do not do flat bench, only incline.

Yeah, I do the same Timbers. Decline hits the top of the boob or pec, flat hits the middle and incline hits the lower. With inclines, I like building the muscle under the fat sack to keep it firm and perky. For the same reason I only do incline flyes too.

I went from a bustin' out B to a B.

I've been so worried about that. Maybe I've watched too much "extreme makeover"? Did you see the guy that lost over 100 lbs and needed a "full body lift"? Everything was stagging. It was awful.
