just for clarification....incline means angle the bench close to you right? and then you just bench press with a bar bell? what about the machine where you are just sitting up right and I mean it seems like a general chest press?

I always just do flat bench, maybe I should try incline bench more. I tried it once @ my friend's gym, well actually it was a machine where you're sitting straight up and the weight is separate on each side, no bar in between. It hit my chest differently. Good info on this board
