Vanishing Boobs: Women Only Please

Here's the scenario:
Pumping iron - gaining muscle mass - and ooops . . those luscious symbols af feminity are replaced by two hard plains of muscle, or worse yet by withered balloon type things!

I've just started working out again, and perrsonally I would like to keep my REAL boobs.

Have you got any ideas/suggestions on how to do this? Any exercises or supplements that will help me to hang on to my treasured little mounds of fat while building lean muscle everywhere else?

Ok - I'm getting silly in my wording. But really I'm quite serious about the question.

Unfortunately, there are no type of exercise that will directly increase your cups size (breast tissue is fat and fat can't be shaped), but through body sculpting you can lift and define your chest. It is possible because the breasts are supported by a vast network of muscle and connective tissue. Exercises such as flat dumbbell press, incline dumbbell press, flat dumbbell flye, cable crossover and pec deck utilizes different movements and training at a variety of angles, which can target various parts of the chest.

yeah I guess I was dreaming - big boobs AND a rock hard butt - not gonna happen without a little silicone - YUCK! wouldn't want to do that. OK, I'll settle for the rock hard butt.

Unfortunately, my cup size reduced by maybe 1/2 size (I'm sure it was excess fat) but I have added definition to the underlying structure. I can't boast that I have large ones, but now I actually have cleavage from that added muscle.

I think that they will definetly go down atleast a half a size but at the same time doing these exercises I foudn also keeps tem perky...so that could be good to I had the same thought thought about my chest so I only do about 2-3 exercises for it with lighter weights....good luck

I agree with the other statements about a half a size. That is also what I found. They'll become the size they were meant to be for your body type.

Mine have made some changes. I mean they stick out a lot more and stick up more, not really perky but you can tell in a bra. I was told because I am working those e lower pecs and it pushes upward with the added muscle.

well mine were never big to begin with.. lol but right now sitting at 10%bf they are pretty darn tiny.. haha
BUT working your chest muscles and building it up REALLY makes a difference..kinda makes up for the loss a bit too!

I know you said women only, but I'm gonna butt in anyway. Sorry if I offend you....
I know a person who trains with me..she had the same problem. Well, she just got silicon....she really looks wonderful now. Unless you're genetically gifted, you're not gonna have a rock hard butt and (naturally) nice boobs.

That depends on your definition of "nice"

by nice I mean normal looking. Women lose breastsize when they burn a lot of fat. It can make their breasts look like deflated balloons.
