wanting replacement protein

Has anyone ever visited a site called Ellefitness a health and fitness shop for her. It's from the UK and costs less than £5 for delivery compared to some other sports nutrition sites that charge a flat rate of £9.99 whatever you order. I am needing to get some more protein and have been using EAS Simply Protein in strawberry. Don't particularly like it. I want to try a different one. Would anyone have a look at this site and see what would be a good one to try.

Much appreciated**

Didn't see anything about ordering protein on that site, but I like the Designer Whey in Strawberry. It tastes good & not high in carbs or calories!

I like plain (no flavor) Optimum Nutritions egg, whey or soy protien. That way I can add any flavor I want to it. I also use it in my oatmeal.

Lady C what would you add to it.

Jo ~

P.S. Some proteins are so dear. It would be good if you could try smaller tubs to see if you like it first.

Has anyone tried Pro-MS from Chemical Nutrition?

All kinds of stuff. Frozen fruit (peaches, strawberries, other berries, etc) fresh bananas, sugar-free torani syrups, sugar-free fat-free jello pudding, sugar-free international coffee, coca powder, natural peanut butter, or even a graham cracker.

All sounds good but I don't know where you get these kind of foods in the UK. I don't think I come across them in the supermarket... `sugar-free torani syrups, sugar-free fat-free jello pudding`

You don't have fruit, jello & peanut butter in the UK? I'm sure you must be kidding ... You don't need the Torani syrup (although I'm sure they have an alternative where you are).

Jell-o is a tradename for a gelatin dessert usually with the flavor and color of fruit (which really means colored & flavored sugar gelatin). Sugar-free means a sugar substitute is used to sweeten it. Pudding means it thickens and flavors it.

No sorry still don't think we have jell-o over here but if any members from the UK can enlighten me that would be great...
