My girlfriend is a cheerleader, not sideline a national champion competitive cheerleader, and she is a bout to go on birth control and already feels she is overweight. She is about 5'4 and 135 lbs and wants to slim down not only for personall esteem but also to improve her cheerleading. I was wondering if there are any workouts out there, mostly ab... thats where the fat is... and some easy diets a 16 yr old girl could follow that work... and also SAFE supplements thank u

you can't remove fat from just one place, spot reducing is a myth... if all she wants to do is lose bodyfat then she sould do HIIT...
also, if she wants to get toned and add strenght, she could do weightlifting a few times a week
She can do it by cleaning up the diet. Great abs are made in the kitchen and not by doing more ab exercises. If she is 135 pounds then there is probably some fat there, because I am 118# (5'-4) and I still need to lose some belly fat.
