jasikamarshel, three things...

1. Welcome to DF, and we look forward to you participating and providing appropriate input to various topics.

2. Pay attention to the threads. When you post up just to get your advertising shown, it decreases your credibility when you hit threads that are very old.

3. Get a better translator. Your English isn't very good and is hard to follow. Of course it does get easier when you are posting nearly the same thing over and over.

4...and no ads please... so that's four things, not three. Oh well.

Personally I usually stick with just water. Nothing keeps me hydrated than water, but I saw people drink energy drinks while at the gym. Now Im not sure if its good or bad for you to drink an energy drink while you workout so I cannot tell you this, but personal experiance drink water and Gatorade

personally im not real big on juices of any kind. a lot of them have sugar that ends up making me more thirsty than if i was drinking nothing, plus you get sticky mouthed. if i'm workout out before i've had a meal i'll usually have watered down gatoraid just so i get SOME carbs but since it's watered down it doesnt leave you with the sugary aftermath some drinks do.

energy drinks at the gym would make me vomit. carbonation+squats=someone's cleanin up my puke.

water water water water

Water! It's so important to stick with water while working out. Definitely stay away from sugary carbonated things.

I think it's best just stick to water. It's the best thing you can drink to replenish your system before, during and after exercise in my opinion.

homemade isotonic drink

Mix 1 liter (134/4 pints) of apple or orange juice with 1 liter (13/4 pints) of water.
Add half a teaspoon of salt and stir.
makes 10 200ml glasses.

it just takes me a minute to prepare and ready to go

I would prefer water instead of any other energy drinks or that sort of stuff because firstly you get really thirsty when working out and nothing no other drink can quench thirst like water. Secondly the ions and minerals that water contains are needed by your body when it is exerting. If you think you need energy when you are working you can have a milkshake before working out not during the work out. During the work you should only drink water.

What do you drink while working out?

I used to try energy drinks and things like that but I really believe that water is the best thing to drink while working out. Nothing replenishes you like water will and plus it's free! Definitely the best option.
