Hi there. I'm a 43 year old, very fit woman (5'6" / 125 lbs). My body type is very condusive to bodybuilding, and the entire art is highly drawing to me, but I have no clue where to begin. I have some health issues that I need to be careful of (neck/back problems) which sometimes makes it difficult for me to work certain muscle groups. Is there some place (perhaps on the web) that I could be directed, that could help me? My current workout schedule includes spinning and
aerobic exercise (5 days/week), and cautious
weight training (1-2 days/week), usually on machines. My doctor (back/neck problems, remember) suggests I use free-weights instead. He (the doc) is the one who actually gave me the "mental Push" to learn more about bodybuilding, because when I went in for help with my back/neck problems, he wanted to know if, because of my muscular build, I was a bodybuilder. Anybuddy??
