Ok my ex-fiance has gained some weight since she left me and she is all down about it. She wants to lose 10-20lbs as quickly as possible while toning nicely. I have been training women for fun for about a year now, and I get great results but since I have this medium now I would like to know what you all think.
So if you got it I would like a great Fat Burning and Toning workout for a 27 year old woman. Yeah thats right I like em old.
