Not to mention, you cannot "make" your breasts look more or less feminine anymore than someone can make their breasts more or less masculine. It's all been decided for you at your conception.

All chest exercises will help you to "tone" and strengthen your pecs,...how they look will depend on your genes, age, and bodyfat.

You cannot lift them or flatten them out with various exercises.

Breasts are glandular, composed of bodyfat, lying over a wall of muscle. As you shrink, all of you will shrink. Just like losing fat and shaping muscle in your thighs alters your curves, same holds true for any part of your body.

I have seen women develop a form of "cleavage" by means of separation and definition that comes from mass building and lowering bodyfat.

One of these days I keep thinking a mass miracle will occur and women will realize that other than implants or eating loads of twinkies, they cannot put any special attention into their breasts to increase their cup size.

We also must face the reality of what lowering our bodyfat will result in visually as well as the effect of aging, child bearing, rapid weight loss and weight gains,... they all play a role.
