Ok, there is the chest muscle above the breast. Tell me what I need to do specifcally for that area. I've been doing cable flys, and flat bench press.
I have seen some improvement in the upper chest area already.
Most important and what I will focus on. The muscle BENEATH the breast.
WHAT do I do to make that muscle bigger??? I would like to have a more "lifted" appearance.
Some training advice - please.

If you want to work the upper chest, you have to do your pressing and fly's in an incline position. Try setting the bench at 20-30% . Dunno bout giving you any "lift" but I like dips for lower chest.

yeah, Incline the bench for a DB benchpress. That'll work your upper chest.

I'm not sure how the breast reacts to more muscle, but try a decline position to work the lower pec. Or just stay at your flat position and get a good all around workout for the pec.
Flyes are isolation exercises. Incline flyes will target the upper pec.
For definition in that area, incline flyes will target the cleavage area and incline bench press will target the pec mid-way between the sternum and the shoulder.
