My girlfriend is looking at getting back in shape. Could one of you women out there post any suggestions? She has an hour in the morning and access to a full gym. Thanks for any responses.

Same as for men. Lift weights that are challenging and that will stimulate muscle growth (none of this "toning" crap). Women should lift the same as old geezers (like me), and just like testosterone filled young bucks. There is no difference. Want specifics? ... just ask.
