Would it be possible to build a 'Beyonce' ass? . . .

When I gain weight, usually the first place it goes is the ass. Now, my weight is at around 115-118; therfor I don't have an extremely huge ass, but I consider it to be OK. I'm looking to gain weight for a bigger ass, but at the same time train to keep my stomach and the rest of my body toned. Can that be done? I don't care if I gain a few more inches in places as long as it's toned and firm.

Beyonce's not thin, I'm aware. But very toned. I'm looking for a look like that, a feminine curvy look. Would I be able to acheive the look I'm going for with weight gain and training, or do I just have to be born with a biggerthanusual ass?

the genetics have to be there. beyoncé has a high waist-to-hip ratio, meaning her waist is very small compared to her hips.

you can't lose or gain weight in selected areas (targeted weight gain/loss) but you can maximize your own potential by lifting weights, definitely. to make your hips look curvier, one trick is to do twisted crunches and avoid the "tick-tocks" (weighted side bends). weighted side benches will build up the sides of your waist, giving you a blockier profile, while twisted crunches will pull in the sides a bit.

Squats help to build up the butt, but if you do 2-3 butt exercises 3 times per week, where you can work up to using weight, you can build up the glute muscles.
Good luck!!
