No they run away from me. I had my sights on Minime and she flew thousands of miles away across the Atlantic to America to get away.

Thanks for the link. I'd be interested in a site that wasn't a "gossip" mill about what celebrities "supposedly are rumored" to want to do.

She may very well have, but having worked with people who have had them done, they are not delicate procedures, painless, you don't rebound quickly, and the surgical scars left behind are quite different. She also would not be able to just jump right into partying like she did. Tummy tucks are a misnomer in description and don't give the same results as working out, but I do believe they have a place. I'm of the belief plastic surgery, even liposuction, has a place for people, as long as they have a realistic understanding of what it's about, and what it's for.

Who knows, anything's possible in Hollywood. She could have gotten Chris Angel to do some magic on her,...I'm surprised the tabloids haven't picked up on that one too.

Kind of reminds me of the whole Katie Holmes is smuggling a watermellon thing.

When it comes to celebs, we're never shy of gossip mills....

Speaking of women doing pull-ups. Thursday while I was doing squats this woman who was in really great shape walked up to the bar jumped up and did 5 pull-ups then dropped off the bar went and did some tri dips with 25 lbs on her dropped that weight and came over and did 5 more pull-ups. Amazing in my eyes. I was thinking I can't wait to I can do that!

I love watching women do pullups,...full real pullups. There's one woman at the gym that mesmerizes me. She has the most beautiful physique, and she is incredibly strong, that I just love watching her work out.

I would love to see that. I've seen a couple women at my gym doing good workouts with decent weights and what not, but I feel outta place alot of the time doing squats, and deadlift, bench press, pullups dips. I use to workout at the same time as a couple other women who lifted the same and it was refreshing

But just the fact that there are so many women working out, and with some free weights is good to see!

I feel that sometimes, too, but I get along well with the guys, so that helps.

I like Co-Ed gyms for getting spotters and stuff like that lol. But this gym is close, and has a decent facility for an all womens place.

It is strange how the majority of women shy away from free weights. It is like somehow they were told women use machines and men use free weights. My wife and I do the same lifts. All of them accept the cable rows are done with free weights. At first she was relunctant to use them. Now she is like machines why bother. Now she has seen with a little work in leaning form she gets a much better workout.

I've seen trainers at my gym take men to the free weights while work women on the machines. I don't understand this mentality. I know if I were a PT unless the client was absoultly against free weights I'd angle them in that direction. I'd also undo all that crap they've read in women's mags. about high reps and low weights is what women should do. Oh yeah and bust that freakin' fat burning zone myth away too...

Yes I studied to be a PT but never took my final exam. Just didn't don't know why I just didn't. But I never understood why people think the machines give them a good workout? I understand for some people they are a better choice, but in normal realitivly healty people capible of lifting free weights why shy from it?

Because sometimes people are intimidated by free weights. I personally think everyone should stick primarily to free weights and cables due to the recruitment of stabilization muscles. But, some people are afraid, or they don't know form, or cannot identify the muscles yet. In those cases, starting off on a machine just so they can see what it feels like to experience resistance training.

I think there's also some female misinformation out there (which I cannot fathom) that somehow machines won't make you big but if they lift free weights they'll magically get huge....(sigh) I do not know where or how these myths start, but man, if I had a dime for every time a woman said to me, "I don't want to build muscle or get big,...it isn't like I want to be a bodybuilder or anything,...."

My ears probably turn red out of frustration at how these women get this information....
