Yeah, what lift? I think that is the total of all of my "big 3" together.
So whatever it is - it's good.

was it shirted?
Post some pics. It's rare to find a 500lb raw bencher, even one on steroids and who is 25-26 yrs old.

I have a few buddies that can do it as well, but they generally don't hang around forums like this one. And, they are bigtime lifters and well known in the world.
And I wasn't talking to you copperman, i was talking to purepower.
If your buddy Todd can put up 615, hopefully he's competing in powerlifting, as a raw bench of 615 and learning to use a shirt would put him in the 800 benchers in no time. And, there's onlya bout 10 men in the world that can bench 800 , and I train under one of them.
You sure he can put up 615 raw?
Oh yeah, and freeweight?
I'm skeptical of these things...sorry. The world record for the biggest raw bench is something like 715 or so.
Edit: mmm i see you edited your entire post copperman .

No need to get defensive. I didn't post the comment to get you upset.
If you choose not to believe in someones strength that is up to you. I have seen him do reps with over 500 lbs, not that I feel I should have to explain myself to you, it was just a comment.

how weak can people be Firehawk, either i'm mis-educated as far as roids + benching goes, but if they can't bench 500+ after somebody is on roids, i find that little weak... for whats going into their body.
You have amazed me with that statement, ive gotten very interested.

There's plenty of drug users out there that can't bench 500 guys. I don't know what you think, they are magic pills or something and suddenly with a little training they can all bench 500-700 lbs or something. Go to some other sites, like massmuscleinc or ironaddicts.com. There's plenty of users over there and very few can bench 500 raw and alot of them have been taking roids for a long time. Theres guys on those sites squattin over 1000 that can't bench 500 raw.
Sorry copperman, hey if your friend can put that much weight up then good for him, maybe he's one of the few in the world that can put up over 600 raw, like i said there ARE people that can, just very few and far between. However there's quite a few people that lie on boards and if you know anything at all about how rare it is to find a 500+lb raw bencher, then you'd understand what i'm talking about. I'm not trying to come off as defensive, i just think it's pretty rare and more times than not, it's BS, especially when you are under 30 yrs old. But, there are those that can. I know of a few, train with a couple.
Copper are you going to the WPO powerlifting competition in late october? Gonna be HUGE lifters there from all over the country, big boys there. I bet you most of the guys benching 7-800 there can't bench 500 raw, or that's about ALL they can bench, and they all been on GH and test for a long time.
By the way, what's your friend Todd's last name? He may be well known benching that much.

I have no desire to do a powerlifting meet until I am happy with my lifts.
I can PM you his last name if it is that important to you, but I would rather not post it all over a message board without him knowing

No big deal dude.
I'm not asking you to do the meet, you wouldnt' be anywhere near qualified anyway. I was asking if you're going to attend it (its in chicago). The meet is the best of the best in the country. Basically, I think for the Super Heavy weights, a total of 2100 or somethin like that is the MINIMUM requirement to qualify! Basically not even Jaster would qualify for this. I train at a powerlifting specific gym and only 2 guys qualify for this meet. One 800+ bencher, and another 1100 lb squatter.
By the way, will you ever be happy with your lifts, truthfully? I know i won't be. I always want more. Besides, it don't matter what you lift. Nobody's gonna laugh at you there. In fact they help people that are new to the sport alot more than they help the experienced guys. Whether you can bench 225 or 600 it don't matter. It's all about what YOU can do.
