218x1 this is a Pr in the powerjerk.......(not splitting legs)
240.5 miss, aw, this lift gets so mental with me, I almost had, I drop down way too low, this is 3.5lbs heavier than my usual 1-2lb jumps, but I feel popping heavier weight over me helps, but helps more getting the lockout.

I went for another attempt, instead of THINKING about it, I just DID IT!!!!
240.5x1 PR.......felt perfect, no stumbling around eithier, held it at lockout

super-yoke, bottom-up lockouts
9"ROM
350x1
440x1
530x1
610x2 PR

6"ROM
730x1
830x1
940.......PR, held for 20sec.

2-hand pinch 100lb plate (small hole, smooth) +5.5+2.5.......1/4lb PR
miss
miss
GOT IT!!!!! held for 2sec or so, major head rush, I was paralized afew seconds after, who woulda thought -115lbs would be so hard?
