I tried keep tech. instead of muscling it, well, I was able to dip fast (the bar hit my neck) but the wipping of the wrists isn't happening (maybe the bar, or I'm just not fast enough???)

just rusty from a break, cleaning this bar (cleans in general) are the most challenging thing I feel,
I been keeping tech great under 205, once I go over that, I think way too much.

need to get a feel again for this, I think I'm going to rep this every 2-weeks, it's good grip, and getting stronger for whipping the elbows/wrists, this may have good carry-over, I'll
wait till I do reps with 225, then add 1-3lbs, 221 was my best well over a year ago.

410x1 hookgrip PR, (I actually attempted this over 2-weeks ago, and only budged it) it felt much easier today.
Most guys use a sumo to lift more weight.........not me, it's a major weakness.
