had a so,so day today, the end was a kicker.

I had tire flipping on my mind, it was COOL outside, and the grass is dry, yet rain looked on the way........have to get through my barbell lifts first!!!

powercleans onto barrels, powerjerks from behind the neck.
worked up to 201.5 in powercleans, form felt real good........focused on whipping the elbows up more, hard to with a standard bar, but I felt it.
did several powercleans with 201.5

powerjerk behind the neck 220.5 miss, bar went to far front at lockout

split jerk behind the neck 241.4
miss
miss
can't get them every week, I'll still add 2lbs next week and give it a go

snatch grip high pulls
185 2-singles
207 3-singles, pulled to nipples

tire flip, 20flips good pace, I paced myself doing doubles, and rocked the last five flips, (fastest pace yet) PR, lungs were burninig-up.

I'm getting impatient with these damn jerks, getting sick of missing 1-2lbs and then making them and missing them again, it's going to take awhile to get to 300, I think I'm going to get my buddy to desgin some springs attached to a shirt, to get that extra pop (that pop is whats hard) now it'll take a couple of months to get the groove the bar will fly out and in back of me, and it'll be hard at first to pull the bar down against the springs, but I should see 300 in 6-months rather than a full year (I can't wait a full year, I need bragging rights sooner than that) hopefully instead of really busting ass for the next 10years, in less than five I may hit 400.

I'll talk to him about making some springs to bolt to the ground, and try the same for the clean, it'll be the same thing, pushing the bar to the floor.
I'll have to rename it to a pogo/spring clean/press.

The springs with be fabricated next month, solid chrome, powder-coated!!!
