I'm going for 242.5 next round, maybe I'll get it?, it's all mental, and all about that pop off the shoulders, if I get a perfect pop, it locks out like clockwork.

this 320 I couldn't even budge the first time I did this in the last week of july.

I'm going to buy "mr, steels"' log, he offered me a great price for it, it's just under 14" and weighs 240lbs empty, I can't press it, but the first thing I thought was DEADLIFT, thats going to be fun, eithier I'll make the drive up or he'll come over for a session this month, as he wants it out so he can fabracate his new log.

sled drags with my teeth
Pr weight 163.75 loaded in sled in grass x 70'

one-arm backwards drags same weight, approx. 150' switched hands twice

KILLER..............these workouts are NOT reccomended!!!!
