You do look good without a shirt on, but that doesn't mean you can bench 335.

I wasn't being anymore of a dick to you than I am to anyone on this site for your information. I'm just a brash and insensitive jerk lol.

I don't have to prove you wrong though, and you don't have an obligation to backup your claims either so I have no qualm in just believing your words.

If you can do that much at your weight, if you had a clean bulk you could easily keep your bf the same and lift some huge weights when your frame gets filled out. Also, if you started powerlifting you don't know how far you could go.

lol no I do believe he could bench it. If he woulda been a really skinny guy then i woulda said no way but he's got some muscle mass to him. Although most of the guys i've seen benchin 315 and up have bigger front delts than this guy and generally more shoulder girdle size...

There's a guy that used to come into the gym every now and then, had a 365 bench and was about the same size. Alot of the guys just couldn't figure out how the hell he could bench that much weight and keep getting stronger while never really addding mass.

There is a drug out there that does enable you to get alot stronger and leaves the system in 48 hours. Forget what it's called though. It's a steroid.

(No, im not saying ejeffe is on roids or anything lol).

post a video of you benching what you say you can bench for 1 or more full reps without help, and then you will silence everyone here...until then it is just what you say. I could sit here and say I bench 550 lbs....but that don't mean sh!t. Post a vid and then you'll have no more argument about it (and you'll get your respective name of being "a freak".

I actually don't give a rat's ass if anyone believes me or not, the reason I asked is that i work out with guys weighing 210 and they all ask how I do so much wieght, I have no idea, I just do. I really noticed a difference is strength after I started taking V12 turbo again, I swear I put 50 pounds on my bench after I started that stuff, but I also started concentrating on form alot more and visualizing my muscle work, so that could be it as well. For the video if i ever have a camera in the gym with me I will video it, but I have never had a camera in the gym with me.

really all depends but I try to do a mix of barbell and dummies, i stay under 8 reps and it really depends on what time i do a lift as to how much I can do, my chest may be strong but it fatigues pretty quick. I concentrate on form and feeling the muscle work and don't really focus on weight all that much. I also do alot of fly's, I really like the pump you get when you do fly's the right way, nice and slow and concentrated.

OK, your bench is not small, your squat is not small, but from the pic - neither are you. From your description in your original post, I thought you were some little pee wee herman dude.

As far as putting up what you say you put up, why not?

Hahahahah ... I really don't see why this dude has to prove anything. If you believe him, fine, if you don't, fine too. Who cares?

By the way, im curious how you train your squat. I got mine to jump up a decent amount after I started doing singles with box squats.

are you asking me how I train squats, well I just do regular squats most of the tiem and go as heavy as possible for 5 sets, I do first set 10 reps than a reverse pyrimid sort of, I do two sets of two reps than a set of 4 than a set of six. However once a month I throw in the jumping squats onto a box myself, they work well.

I used to lift with a guy (140 lbs) who routinely throw up benches in the mid 400's. He was on the US powerlifting team. Congrats
