I wish i woulda started weight training in high school. We had an actual elective called weight training. I even thought about it and then declined. I was dumber than I am now though back then

Jackass  . I would have killed to have an elective weight training class.
The only way you could have gotten access to the weight room in my HS is if you were on the football team.

heres a couple of shots from my meet this past weekend. dave and 3norns have seen them.
first shot is a 700 dead which i pulled no prob. second shot is 740 which i missed 2x due to grip probs. =0l
weighed in at 304 for this meet.

here they are brightened up but not as clear.
btw the guy behind me is chris cook. he benched 925 in a meet a few weeks and just missed 900 yesterday. he's hit a 1015 bench in the gym.

700 is the most i have pulled off the floor in the gym. just did it 3 weeks ago after some major changes to my form. i pulled 749 from 2" below my knees off blocks 2 weeks ago.
