Anyone do inclines?

Been working on my Raw strength and incorporated some Incline work in about 3 weeks. I have never ever done inclines HEAVY before. I have worked upto 315 occasionally and i think like a year ago I did 405 for some reps. But never ever focused on them much.

Well here the last few weeks been focusing on them and trying to get a big number. Here is a couple vids ofme using 505. The first vid I got a little shaky on the 1st rep but recovered it and the 2nd vid is a good solid single.

Wanting to get upto 600 raw in the next few months.

Good god, Wolfy! 505 is intense, haha!

I am no bench specialist but get up to a bit over 315 for a couple reps. I actually dont flat bench.

Belt your ass to that bench and get some more spotters!
