I hate it when people get into arguments that have nothing to do with the forum at all, and I didn't want to say anything, but FYI

I had 15.5" arms when I was benching 285lbs. Arms are down to 14.5" and can only do 220lbs now (thank you shoulder injury).

I was never into getting large arms because I was more focused on pure strength for football.
