bands

I really want to buy bands but I am very limited on money. If i could buy only one size what should it be? I was thinking 1 1/8 size but i have really have no idea what to buy. i was planning on using the same bands for bench, squat and deadlift.

Depending on how strong you are will matter. YOu could probably roll just fine with a set of minis, and 1 set of medium bands for squatting.

I have a set of bands that I use when I travel. One size or resistance will not be adequate for legs or too intense for other exercises. I would focus on a set similar to mine. Like these. They are not expensive and work great.
