First of all, those kids should not have been spotting him. That guy probably got his ribs broke, and maybe some internal injuries. When your going to be spotting someone, you should always be paying attention. You should be able to take the weight incase something happens like that. Always give 110%, dont let the bar drop.

Looks like the guy was using a false grip, pretty dangerous. I don't think those kids could handle that kind of weight.

I have read something worse then this a few days ago on another Bodybuilding forum called muscletalk.co.uk. well anyway this guy who is an actual member of MT was doing weighted dips with so much weight that he actually snaped his clavicle mid set. Now that made me cringe.

A false grip is when your thumbs aren't wrapped around the bar but on the same side as your fingers. I think there is right around 400 lbs on the bar.
