Better safe than sorry. Something not being blatently pointed out here is while it's great you are eating lots of protein, that won't do the job alone. YOu have to get alot of carbs and fats in your diet too. 2500 calories for an ectomorph is nothing. If you aren't progressing, then that's why. I'd suggest 200-250g protein, load up on the carbs and fats.

Dark said somethign smart, finally...(), if you are eating junk food all the time, this will make most people fat, but ectos can get away with it. So if it's not making you fat and you need the calories, I see nothing wrong with it honestly.

People are afraid to tell you to dirty up your diet, but you can't eat 4000 calories of clean food very easily, andi fyou need that many every day , then you need to go dirty up that diet on occasion.

well when i first started working out i was only eating probly 2000 calories a day and 1 protein shake a day, and i still gained alot of muscle :\
