why do you want a lot of bicep strength? Its not terribly functional, not to say that there is no function. Whatever you want the strength for, do that, its called specificity.

That said, heavy weights breed raw strength. Find heavy versions of exercises that utilize your biceps. Chinups, heavy rows, and reverse grip pulldowns are some good candidates.

cause my goal is to be able to curl 100 with one arm and ive achieved half of that lol, i can only do 50. So i wanna eb able to rep 50 about 10x. but heres the problem, my wrist is a little hurt, but the doc said i can still work out with it, but it hurts when i do barbell cirls, and hammers are the thing that dont make it hurt, and pullups dont hurt it either.. so just like, Heavu hammers and alot fo pull ups?

and here starts the preaching...

What do you squat and deadlift? You have the unfortunate combo of your only posts being in regards to the classic "pumper" exercises, bench, curls, and the leg press instead of squats. We will happily continue to help you reach your goals, but be prepared for getting nagged until you start focusing on big, compound exercises for overall strenght

Chin-ups with palms towards your face, go compound!

The kind of strength you're talking about is very extreme. Curl 100 lbs with 1 arm? That's something a lot of professional powerlifters and strongmen can't even do.

Not to rain on your parade but at your current size, it's not very realistic.

Keep focusing on getting bigger and stronger overall and putting some size on your frame and the strength will follow.

i know thats alot of weight but do Hammer Curls give good strength?

And also, what muscle in the bicep makes the bicep thicker?

the Biceps Brachii Part or the Brachialis

hammer curls will be limited by the strength in your forearms. Your biceps will get larger when you work them as a whole. Don't worry about specific parts of such a small muscle.

I actually heard hammer curls make your biceps thicker because it hits the brachialis really good

Sure they do, but do you honestly believe that at your level of development, the brachialis should be a concern...?

When your arms are 13.8 inches, you should just WORK them, not obsess over minute sh*t like this... Sure, cycle in Hammer Curls (and Reverse Curls, Incline Curls, Offset Curls, Cable Curls, Scott Curls, Rope Curls, Zottman Curls and One-legged Bosu Ball Kettlebell 21s etc for that matter), but don't believe that it's going to make much of a difference...
