Well thanks guys, i wasnt ignoring your advice i just wanted opinions from all of you to see what i can do to get strength and size, a buddy of mine says he gets a straight bar adds weight and lets it roll down his figners and this pulls it back up with his fingers, i did it yesterday and it worked quite well. But my main goal is to get more strength in them than size, and im going to try to order those captain of crush grips.

I do the barbell wrist curls too and they seem to work very well. Make sure you go both directions.

Dan Deep respect, but i can drive at 100mph in a 30 zone but i dont.
Why because its stupid.
Now you can crush the can but never trained solely to achieve that, it just came with strength.
Now i have respect to all here , but i am so curious about extrem.
He is obsessed with this and 4 arm training and shoulders.
Ask him, he dont do legs hardly, i just find it hard to believe his theory of thought

A 1 hand can crush might very well be impossible... or maybe I should say, no one has ever done that. Very few people can even "choke" crush it (I know of only one - John Brookfield). I use a under/over grip and it's more of a chest crush.

I'd have to disagree about feats of strength being stupid, bodyshop. Tearing phonebooks, decks of cards, bending steel, etc... it's pretty cool stuff if you're a fan of strength. And it's not half bad training either.

I would agree with you that extretris motives are questionable. One should be strong all over and not just in the arms.

Oh i 100% agree with you, i dont just train strength for my arms, i do all over.. Back, legs, arms, chest etc.. But i just want really strong forearms, enough to scare someone when they shake my hand ;]..

Also ive been trying this exercise, Where i get a straight bar add weight pick it up and let the weight roll down my fingers and then curl the weight up with my fingers squeezing my forearm.. will this build gripping strength??

So what is it about you that makes you want to have that reaction in people you meet?

And what are you going to do when you get it?

I think you are chasing wind young man and have a really distorted sense of what real strength is.
