Where is Luke or Dan when we need them?
Deadlifts, captains of crush grippers, deadlifts, farmers walk, and let's see, did I leave anything out? Umm deadlifts.

What about grabbing unopened coke cans and hard material such as a round piece of wood and squeezing it as hard as you can

Xtrem i look at yr requirements and its all arms, why would anyone want to crush an unopened can of coke ?, Apart from covering everyone around with sticky drink (quick way to lose friends)
Your end up with massive arms and a puny trunk and legs etc

Aren't forearms fairly easier to build than the other muscles in the body?
PS here are my forearms as of now, not too bad

Take the advice you got and get to work...

It's in the "I think I'll post some pics" thread somewhere. We've seen them if you remember. He's still a little guy like me. But you can tell from the pics that he works out and has made some real improvements from when he started. Definitely better than the ihaveadog "my back is so awesome days".
Xtris, if you'll quit worrying about the minutia so much and just concentrate on heavy compound work for whatever set/rep scheme you desire, keep eating for it, and stay with it, you will have an impressive physique in time.

I've been on this site for like 4 years and I dont think I ever asked a question pertaining to a bodypart. Its all in the search feature, including Google. Use it.

You asked us one time if you had a big melon or not and we all agreed it couldn't fit through a standard 36" wide door. But other than that, no.
